instudia is not liable for indirect or consequential damages or losses, including lost data. instudia's total liability is limited to the amount paid for Platform use.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify instudia and its affiliates against liabilities arising from your use of the Platform or any violation of these ToS or applicable law.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These ToS are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

Admissions & Enrollment
Admissions procedures, eligibility, and non-transferability of enrollments apply. Visits may require prior appointments.
Fees & Payments
Course fees, payment methods, renewal policies, and refund eligibility (if applicable) are clearly stated at enrollment. Refund requests include timelines and any administrative charges.
Course Content & Access
Content scope and duration of access are defined per course at the time of enrollment.
Student Conduct
Standards of behavior during programs apply, including rules against plagiarism and academic dishonesty.
Technical Requirements
Necessary equipment or software for accessing courses is listed per program.
Updates & Changes
Course content and policies are subject to change at instudia's discretion.
Certification
Conditions for receiving certificates upon completion are stated per course.
No Guarantee of Placement
Job placement is not guaranteed by instudia as a result of completing any program.
Miscellaneous
Severability
If any part of these ToS is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
Waiver
Failure to enforce a right doesn't waive that right.
Assignment
These ToS cannot be assigned without written consent.
Force Majeure
instudia is not liable for performance failures due to circumstances beyond its control.
Age Restriction
Age requirements for Platform use or program enrollment apply as stated at registration.
